Jake Lang, sometimes @808sJake, is a New York City based writer/editor, producer, photographer and strategist with a background in music, sports, and entertainment.
Jake’s earned bylines as a contributor at Complex Media covering electronic music and DJ culture, and today works as a freelancer for other publications including High Times Magazine, Mott Haven Herald, the Hunts Point Express, and more.
As of 2024, Jake is working on a M.A. in Journalism at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism.
